You may return/exchange most new items, in original packing, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@blissvie.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process and approve the refund/exchange. For approved refunds, the original payment method will be credited within 5-10 business days. Exchanges will be processed, and the replacement item will be shipped promptly after approval.
