Refund/Exchange Policy
At Bliss Vie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free 14-day refund/exchange policy from the date of delivery. Please read the following guidelines and procedures:
1. Eligibility for Refund/Exchange:
1.1 The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
1.2 Home decor items on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
2. Initiate a Refund/Exchange:
2.1 To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@blissvie.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2.2 Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund or exchange request.
3. Return Shipping:
3.1 In the case of a defective or damaged item, Bliss Vie will cover the return shipping costs.
3.2 For refund/exchange due to change of mind or non-defective items, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3.3 The products with 1-2 Days delivery time, the typical shipping cost is AED 20 per item.
3.4 The products with 7-12 Working Days delivery time, the typical shipping cost is AED 25 per kg (volumetric weight).
Volumetric weight in kg = box length (cm) x width (cm) x height c(cm) /5000.
4. Inspection and Approval:
4.1 Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund/exchange.
4.2 Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process and approve the refund/exchange.
5. Refund/Exchange Options:
5.1 For approved refunds, the original payment method will be credited within 5-10 business days after approval.
5.2 Exchanges will be processed, and the replacement item will be shipped promptly after approval.
6. Partial Refunds:
6.1 In certain cases, Bliss Vie reserves the right to issue partial refunds for items returned in a used or damaged condition.
7. Cancellation:
7.1 If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please notify us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, our standard refund/exchange policy applies.
